We rented a tent, tables & chairs from New E.R.A. and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was professional and communication was timely but the thing that set them apart from companies we’ve used in the past was their attention to detail. The items were clean and well cared for, brightly colored covers were placed on each stake to prevent injuries, the tables and chairs were wiped down after set up, they ensured that our fence gate was locked on the way out and took care to ensure that there was no damage to our lawn and no debris was left behind. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
